My husband and I rented a unit here for a few years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. This facility has always been clean, safe, and managed by the kindest people. For a brief time we also stored our travel trailer here and I never worried knowing it was secure at Hartnell. And so much more affordable than other places! While I no longer need the storage space, I am so grateful to all of the staff who made sure we were taken care of. And a special thank you to John!

We had a great experience with Andrew at Hartnell Storage this weekend. Long story short, I rolled up with our 30+ foot pontoon boat trailer at 4pm on Saturday (104 degrees) looking to park it at their Four Corners facility a few blocks away. After measuring the actual length of the trailer and determining there was a much better spot in the back of Hartnell, we completed the paperwork quickly, set up autopay and I was pulling the trailer into the lot by 4:30pm. Andrew even took the time to guide me to the back and pointed out the easiest way to back my monster trailer into its new spot. All in all a great experience, I was out of there in less than hour, heading home and counting the experience as a SUCCESS!
