We had a great experience with Andrew at Hartnell Storage this weekend. Long story short, I rolled up with our 30+ foot pontoon boat trailer at 4pm on Saturday (104 degrees) looking to park it at their Four Corners facility a few blocks away. After measuring the actual length of the trailer and determining there was a much better spot in the back of Hartnell, we completed the paperwork quickly, set up autopay and I was pulling the trailer into the lot by 4:30pm. Andrew even took the time to guide me to the back and pointed out the easiest way to back my monster trailer into its new spot. All in all a great experience, I was out of there in less than hour, heading home and counting the experience as a SUCCESS!

Everyone is super nice. Property is clean and well lit. Unit was perfect for my needs. Prices came in under other facilities’ prices. Easy sign up, easy move out. Very helpful staff! Andrew was amazing!! Will definitely go back if I ever need to rent another unit 😁
